READING AMID NATURE
Providing our students with knowledge through every available tool is the top priority of GIIS. At our SMART campus in Punggol, we have engaged technology to do so, but have not left the traditional learning methodology of physical textbooks behind.

Our libraries, for our primary and secondary students, are designed on a learning-through-nature concept, with the idea of group dynamic learning in mind. The library, with a reading capacity of over 100 students, is designed to resemble a tree house, complete with lights that look like leaves, and colour codes that resemble trees to give an impression of sitting amid nature with a book in hand.

The library will also come with a seminar room which will facilitate collaboration with other schools with equipped libraries. It will facilitate students to borrow books by simply tapping their access cards, and have an easy book return facility.
